Welcome to the 21-Day Mindfulness Challenge, where finding your calm, focus, and a bit of zen is always on the menu! We created this challenge for people just like you—juggling life, work, and all the things, while still craving a moment of peace.

Our goal? To make mindfulness simple, doable, and fun (yes, really!). No robes, no mantras (unless you’re into that)—just real tools and tiny habits that fit into your everyday life. We believe mindfulness isn’t about escaping the chaos; it’s about thriving in it.

Who’s behind all this? Hi, we are Mia and Bridie, your friendly guides on this journey. We’ve faced our fair share of life’s storms and found that mindfulness was the anchor we needed. Now, we are here to share what we have learned, one mindful moment at a time.

Hi, I’m Bridie!

As a photographer, horse trainer, writer & coach I’m hugely interested in the inner workings of the mind and as I’ve been on my own journey of self-discovery I have found that these processes and tools have been efficient and effective in long-term positive transformation for myself and I’m excited to share them with you!

As the c0-creator of the 21-Day Mindfulness Challenge, I’ve been passionate about mindfulness and self-discovery for years. Through my own journey of navigating life’s challenges, I’ve found these processes and tools to be incredibly efficient and effective in creating lasting positive transformation.
